FSC - Financial Supervisory Commission

FSC imposes administrative penalty TWD 10 million (USD 318,000) on Shanghai Commercial and Savings Bank for deficiencies in leaks of customer data involving 14,000 customers. This is the highest fine ever issued by the FSC against a bank.
