The U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has entered into a conciliation agreement with Wells Fargo Bank N.A. in which the bank has agreed to pay $7,800,000 in back wages and interest to resolve allegations of hiring discrimination.
