About 2.5 million Singapore payment and ATM transactions couldn’t be completed during DBS and Citibank recent outage, causing widespread inconvenience to the city-state’s population of almost 6 million. The Monetary Authority of Singapore told DBS and Citibank to conduct a thorough investigation.
