The Spanish DPA (AEPD) has imposed a fine of EUR 100,000 on Kutxabank, S.A., for insufficient fulfilment of data subjects rights. The original fine of EUR 100,000 was reduced to EUR 60,000 due to the immediate payment and acknowledgement of guilt.
